The JFC Staffing Companies are active members of the American Staffing Association and the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, Eastern Chapter. Founded in 1966 to ensure the quality of staffing services, ASA promotes legal, ethical, and professional practices for the contract, temporary staffing and direct hire industry.

The JFC Staffing Companies have pledged support and adherence to the principles and practices set forth in the ASA's code of ethics and good practices. In addition, JFC supports the professional development, continuing education, and certification of its recruiting staff. Our commitment to ASA goes beyond membership. For instance, Linda Carchidi -- owner and President of the JFC Staffing Companies -- is an active board member and has served as Chairman of the American Staffing Association. Linda has also served as founding president of the Pennsylvania Staffing Association, Eastern Chapter.

The professionals at the JFC Staffing Companies have been certified by the American Staffing Association. ASA's certification programs require a review and demonstrated knowledge of labor laws, employment laws, and the association's code of ethics and good practices. Staffing professionals are required to maintain their certifications through continuing education programs approved by the American Staffing Association.
