Our client in the Lancaster area is looking for a skilled and passionate VoIP IT Technician to join their growing team! In this role, the right individual for the job will find themselves handling all things VoIP. This would be everything from helping clients choose which VoIP product is best for them, architecting the systems, helping them to install it, provide some on site training. If VoIP projects are slowing down, you'll assist with responding to business/client's support requests,installing and maintaining the hardware and software for the company which could range from network and server work.
This team-oriented environment gives individuals the opportunity to work with the latest and greatest technologies, learn from seasoned technical professionals, all within a friendly atmosphere.
Required skills and competencies for this position include:
2+ years of professional experience in the technical field
Experience with a variety of VoIP products from recommending products, architecting, installing and troubleshooting
Experience with LAN/WAN network troubleshooting, Cisco, windows servers and virtual servers
The ability to build PCs and servers
Experience troubleshooting software/hardware issues
Excellent customer service skills, clear communication and a passion to help people solve technical problems
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license/insurance
