Job Description

JFC Global is currently working on a brand-new Help Desk Analyst opportunity in the Harrisburg area. This contract to hire opportunity can go up to $20/hr and is first shift Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM. The ideal person in this role must have at least one year of experience troubleshooting and supporting a customer relationship management software, Active Directory, MS Office Suite, and web browsers. Additionally, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you are responding to inbound calls, training and supporting end users. The ability to write detailed tickets, review and clarify open help desk tickets as well as update end users on status of the ticket is required.
